Vincent Van Gogh

This short story is dedicated to an old friend because i will never forget that "together we've climbed hills and trees". Thank you for being who you are

  3. This time the story has taken a deviation, new character and new hero for the scene you drew. I just have few thoughts that confuse me here: the part where he gets in the hospital because of a car accident... and in the previous part, the woman he asks about now he wanted dead before... repeating the fact that the hero was dead in the 1st part of his book and then revived in the 2nd part...I am humbly lost :) , anyone to put me back on track please?

I am humbly lost too with ur comment.

The guy in the hospital is the same writer in the first episode.

in the hospital means after 15 days from the moment he was in the expo signing his book (flash forward), later that night he had an accident.

I hope i clarified... or else ask again

  9. Hello Pascal :)
I wondered this morning on my way to work whether I will get the chance to spend some minutes in heaven (yes in heaven among the stars) reading one of your amazing stories. THANK YOU :) THANK YOU :) You made my day :)
    I have a few questions ( I am fond of questions :) )
Why did the other woman have to die? Who is this nurse who is spending her nights watching him breathing? why is she in love with him (for the last 3 years)? Is she the girl he met in part one in the expo? Why did he have a car accident that night? was it his fault? was he drunk? angry? Did he have an argument with the other dead woman (who I presume is the wife, girlfriend, lover)?
What is going to happen next? ( Please don't kill him. He is not that bad, even bad people deserve a second chance :) :) )
    Have a great day :)
Hope to read from you very soon :)

    أو ربما الحقيقة

    @Abdo elrhman
you used the word "Drawing" and i am very flattered.

    @Joelle
    Soon :)

Since u started it, i will exchange you ur comment with another, "u brought tears of joy to my eyes" it is I who must thank you.

i am very happy that you have so many questions :)
i will try to answer what i know:

Why did the other woman have to die?
-it is destiny, and a message that death exists, and happens when we don't expect it.

Who is this nurse who is spending her nights watching him breathing?
    - a new character, it is life, a dead woman and the sudden appearance of another woman... (a message that people forget)

why is she in love with him (for the last 3 years)?
    - to be answered later, u see sometimes we are loved and we don;t know it.

Is she the girl he met in part one in the expo?
    - am i supposed to reveal this? Hell no... WAIT

Why did he have a car accident that night? was it his fault? was he drunk? angry? Did he have an argument with the other dead woman (who I presume is the wife, girlfriend, lover)?
    - Again destiny, and things happens but life continue. As for the rest to be revealed (i hope so)

What is going to happen next? ( Please don't kill him. He is not that bad, even bad people deserve a second chance :) :) )
    - Mercy is good, and i totally agree with second chances, but again... Destiny has the last word. i am just the writer.

    @Jano
The same day the writer met with the first girl in the book signing he had an accident. (btw because of you i am going to post a surprise soon on the blog related to this story) so thank you for the idea.

  13. Hello Pascal,
Thank you very much for your comments and for answering part of my questions. I bet you didn't know some answers :)
By the way, I don't like destiny, and things that happen because God or the writer decided so.
A quick question, when we are loved and we don't know it, why do we wait so much to tell the other person that we love him/her? why 3 years? Isn't life short enough to spend it waiting and ...euh.. suffering?
I wonder if you know if she is the girl our dying man met in the expo. I will wait for the story to unfold. What else can I do ? I hope it won't take too long...
    Have a great day :)
PS. Take your time. I am sure we have plenty of time to read and to enjoy the rest of the story :)
    Zeina :)

    ReplyDelete
  17. @ZeinaG
Yes :) i don;t know all the answers, isn't this life?
Ah destiny... Well I don;t believe either that things happen because God (in life) or the Writer (in stories) decided this. Things happen because we at a moment chose to do something that affected what happened, and this to me is the destiny.

we don't tell the other that we love him because we are afraid of getting refused, as for the nurse she consider him mean, and probably she did not get the chance to do so.

Thank you so much for your support. you are an amazing reader.

  19. I really remember making a comment!

Once again there is a new turn for the story, with a dash of agony in the nurse's feelings, some hope and a lot of fashion.. while the writer lays there, either sleeping or indifferent for her love.. now that is just cold.. 7aram el nurse

Can't wait to see how the turn will happen in the next one

  22. Pascal, this is one amazing story. It is very difficult for me to read Arabic, and I have always tried, many times, to read Arabic books, or stories, but I give up midpoint.

Except this story. I wanted to read it. I wanted to understand it. You MADE me want to continue reading it. The beautiful ways in which you write, in your description of the details, and the emotions... you made me want to print them, and read them as one story. And read them again, in case I missed a description.

And I read it again, when I got used to the words, so I can read it in a better manner, and understand it more.

If there is a part 6, please post it. I may not read it now.. maybe read 6, 7, and 8 together...

Your words are too good to have a small bite of every time.

    Keep writing.
